Full Description
As a Senior Officer in the Company Secretarial Team, you will actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence.
Some of your responsibilities include, but won't be limited to:
- Liaise closely with Team Members, ensuring Company Secretarial support in execution of specific client transactions are identified and followed up
- Foster a client service mentality culture at all levels within the team by representing personally the cultural values of the business and adapting to change impacts in a productive manner, thereby fostering a positive attitude within the team
- Assist the Manager of a Company Secretarial Team who have overall responsibility for the provision of support in execution of specific client transaction
- Responsible for the take on of new business for the PW and F&I client services teams and ensuring that new business is processed smoothly and efficiently
- Assist where appropriate any CSDs / Fiduciaries with a programme of regular client and advisor visits and attend if required and provide support to the Senior Manager / Associate Director and more junior staff within the team
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey with a minimum of 5 years' Fiduciary experience.
