Full Description
Experienced candidate required to co-ordinate and process monthly and ad hoc payrolls across several jurisdictions, and to assist with the planning, development and delivery of employee benefits, with the aim of attracting and retaining the best talent.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in benefits and payroll administration processing, with a good academic background and numerical aptitude. Excellent Excel and analytical skills are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and teams across various different jurisdictions. You must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality, and will have a diplomatic, friendly and team-focused approach.
