We're proud of our professional approach to new challenges, which is why we need a Senior Risk Analyst to add value across our teams, proactively partnering with the business to continually assess and identify potential risks, evaluating these to ensure that they are appropriately mitigated through properly implemented policies, procedures, training, systems and controls.Risk sits within the wider Compliance team, providing a collaborative, complete advisory committee to the various business teams. A fundamental component of our business decisions, our Risk arm provides a global service via a collaborative team, implementing an effective risk strategy. With a track record of promoting within the team, we envisage progressing our new Senior Risk Analyst quickly, so that you have the responsibility of running our Risk function. You'll need a relevant Risk Management qualification - we want to hear from people with a strong understanding of AML frameworks, plus practical experience from a Risk Management environment. You'll need to be excited by new approaches, by having your own voice and want to use your Risk Management qualification in a modern environment.
