Package: 24 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service + 37.5 hours p/w + 5 years residency required

Reporting to our Head of Messaging, Kuba Rusztowicz, this role is directly responsible for the overall technical and commercial routing management of JT Groups Messaging & HLR traffic, ensuring the portfolio is managed and driven with a strong focus on both quality and margin. In addition the role is also responsible for taking ownership of routing processes supporting the Messaging platforms including, but not limited to, DCSMS (ss7), JT Messaging Hub (SMPP), inbound SMS, HLR and GetMNp.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications

Experience in delivering major communications network projects
Ability to assess solution performance, recommending service improvement initiatives
Previous experience in a similar role
Preferred experience in team management
Proven experience in strategic planning and decision making
Excellent numeric skills

Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels, up to and including director level through to Technical staff and end-users is essential
Ability to create and modify operational and technical procedures and/or best practice documents.
Awareness of the technical, commercial and financial telecommunications regulations globally to ensure complete compliance.
‘A’ level education in math’s/IT/science degree
Advanced excel skills.
Work accurately under pressure
Logical thinking
