To efficiently and profitably manage a diverse portfolio of ultra-high net worth bespoke structures and deliver a first class service to clients, advisors and Directors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via existing clients and advisor relationships. Provide technical knowledge and support to the administration team. Have the ability and interpersonal skills necessary to supervise and develop subordinate staff. Excellent communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills. Have a good understanding of UK tax legislation, understand the requirements of CRS & FATCA. To hold any Table 4 Qualification in accordance with the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998. Or ICSA /STEP Diploma.
