Package- Circa £33,000 + 24 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service +40 hours p/w + 5 years residency required
Do you love measuring? Are you driven by good customer service and positive experiences? Are you accurate with numbers and great with managing training plans and materials? Then this could be the perfect role for you.  Reporting to our CI Service Centre Manager, Emma Wileman, this role is responsible for the accurate measuring of our CI Service Centre Representatives ensuring quality of delivery and accuracy of information. The role is also responsible for managing the training plan and materials of all new and existing Service Centre representatives.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications
  • Educated to Minimum ‘A’ Level Standards and minimum GCSE level: English and Maths at Grade C or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Performance Management and Quality Management preferred
  • Operate a number of QM applications/computer systems
