Package- Circa £50,00024 Days Holiday - Pension Scheme - Performance Bonus / Commission Scheme - Private Health – Dental PackageWe currently have a Jersey based opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be accountable for defining and managing service delivery and assurance to specified JT International clients, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising profitability from these client accounts. Ideal candidates will have a strong client focus as well as having good commercial and financial awareness.  We are looking for someone with a proven track record on results delivery, detail oriented and an action focused individual. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of having designed and implemented significant productivity improvements as well as customer satisfaction improvements.   Candidates will need a thorough understanding of customer’s business and market sectors and be able to use that knowledge to anticipate how future services offered need to evolve to meet customer requirements. Proven experience of contract negotiation and supplier management is desirable and will ideally hold a relevant professional Service management qualification (e.g. ITIL/Prince2). JT are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and welcome applicants from all suitably qualified persons regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
