Jersey Recovery College (JRC) is recruiting a Service Manager to join our small, dynamic and caring team. This is a great role that is responsible for coordinating and programming JRC’s community education programme. The role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of courses, including timetabling, curriculum programming and development, partnerships, service enhancement, quality assurance, and evaluating performance. The role also has a line management responsibility. It marries excellent organisation, project management, people and relationship management skills with sensitivity and compassion towards those affected by mental health difficulties. It is a varied and rewarding role for a mental health charity that champions recovery, co-production and the value of lived experience.

30 hours per week.
