Freeda is recruiting a Service Manager with experience in Domestic Abuse and a track record in leading and managing teams.  The Service Manager will coordinate and supervise our dedicated and passionate team in delivering the best possible outcomes for those who seek Freeda's services in the safe house and the community.  Candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, experience in a client centred approach to the delivery of services as well as the ability to maintain the highest professional standards. The post holder will be Freeda's registered care manager with the Jersey Care Commission and therefore, should be holding or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership for Adult Care or equivalent.
