We've grown quickly, and our range of development programmes and platforms has too. We're now looking to add a Talent & Development Administrator to the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You may already be working in a similar role, or you could be looking to use your transferable skills in a new environment. You could be a school leaver or someone looking to return to work. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of global learning and development offerings by managing event and programme schedules and logistics, supplier co-ordination, and individual learner queries
- Provide support to our learners who are pursuing external training and professional qualifications, ensuring relevant learner documentation such as training agreements are in place
- Maintain development-related processes and policies
- Administer the Learning Management System including adding and maintaining scheduled training events, loading self-service resources, and creating reports and dashboards
- Ensure detailed records of training spend and participation in external courses, coaching and professional qualifications are maintained
- Act as a point of contact for our valued supplier partners
- Provide support to the Talent & Development team with general administration tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (finance or professional services experience advantageous but not essential)
- Self-directed and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work to high standards under pressure
- Good communicator, using clear, user-friendly language when interacting with learners and when documenting development-related agreements
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
- Digitally-minded and proficient in use of key productivity software such as Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint etc.
- Familiar with the use of Zoom and/or MS Teams
- Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement, whether through process redesign or further use of technology
- Familiar with HR and business systems, ideally Cornerstone Learning Management System, although not essential
