We need a commercial and astute tech professional who is passionate about what they do to assess our current tech landscape, understand current and future business needs and strategy, and build a framework collaboratively with the business functions to deliver robust and appropriate tech solutions to maintain our competitive advantage.

This is a business role with a technology focus, driven by ensuring the commercial success of our tech products. Key to this is taking business requirements and translating them into technical requirements by identifying internal and external customer needs, developing strategies to meet customer demands, working with internal and external stakeholders to implement the latest technology, and then monitoring and reporting on progress. As a functional lead, the successful candidate will also possess great interpersonal skills and build trust amongst colleagues at all levels, to ensure clear communication with the Senior Leadership Team and teams, helping them to understand technical challenges that the company may be facing, making recommendations and giving them the insight to make informed decisions.
