About the role: As a Technology Administrator, you are the frontline of the Technology Team, bridging the gap between end-users and technology solutions. Your role revolves around providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for end-users seeking assistance. Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems reported by users. Capture, validate, and triage user queries or issues promptly. Skills, knowledge & expertise: ITIL foundation qualified would be beneficial. 2+ years of experience in IT service delivery management. Experience in working within a service desk environment.
