The Tourist Information Centre is often the first port of call for many visitors and our Welcome Hosts help them make the most of their time in Jersey. You’ll need to connect quickly and understand individual preferences so that you promote what the island has to offer knowledgeably, enthusiastically and objectively. Its busiest when the boats dock and people come into the centre, plus a wide variety of phone calls, emails, updating information and general admin.
