Full Description
The Trade Mark Admin Assistant will supply information to clients, trade mark offices or agencies & liaise with our outsourcing provider. The TM Assistant will also prepare invoices, maintain databases & instruct the payment of official fees.
Role responsibilities include:
- Process routine work provided by the Formalities Manager/s which may include reporting to the client regarding the key stages in the progress of a trade mark matter, processing certificates of registration, renewal or recordals, answering standard enquiries from clients & Registries/agents/local offices, enquiring as to the status of trade mark matters from Registries/agents/local offices, completing ad hoc status reports requested by clients
- Instructing the payment of publication or registration fees
- Invoicing the client
- Maintaining our files & database accurately
- Uploading documents.
