Jersey Recovery College - a local mental health charity - is looking to recruit a Training Coordinator and Administrator to join our friendly and growing team.
This is a new role and is key in supporting our team as we grow. The full-time role will support our Community and Mental health at work services with coordination and administration of training. This will include timetabling, scheduling, coordinating delivery logistics with facilitators and venues, ensuring governance is being adhered to, onboarding new facilitators, data collation and report support, course communications and responding to students. This role will be the central point for both services. It is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday. This is a twelve-month contract with a view to going permanent.
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can work under pressure and can priortise their time across both services, both of which have different pressure points across the year. Previous scheduling, timetabling and/or logistics management would be desirable as well as excellent proven administration skills. Entitled to work status is essential.
