Trustee

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to act as the trustee on the corporate board and as a director for companies in a number of jurisdictions. 

You will be responsible for the smooth running of sometimes complex structures, seeking advice where necessary and ensuring that the entities within the structure are administered to the highest standard whilst complying with the relevant laws and local regulation. 

You will be passionate about developing relationships with clients so that the Group ultimately becomes the client's trusted advisor and maintains knowledge of client's circumstances, background and structures. You will also provide the Family Office with technical assistance on complex documentation and specifically support Senior Management on complex transactions. 

You are required to be educated to degree level (master in law, qualified lawyer or equivalent preferred). In addition you will have practical knowledge of trust and company legislation.
