Full Description

Two part-time reception roles

8:00am until 1pm
12:00 noon until 6pm
You will from time to time be required to work additional hours. 

Receptionist Responsibilities 
  • Greeting guests and building residents 
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Maintaining visitor security procedures (guest logs, visitor badges, etc.)
    Accepting and routing deliveries and/or daily mail sorting
  • Ensuring clients sign for deliveries
  • Maintain and co-ordinating the meeting room diary
  • Setting and resetting meeting rooms/boardrooms Maintaining the resident folders (office inventors, etc)
  • To make sure that the breakout area kept tidy and free from cups etc.

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to use quick-books
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers/telephone setup)
    Professional attitude and appearance (uniform will be provided)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Qualified First Aider would be an advantage but training can be given
    Excellent organisational skills with event
