Job Purpose:

 To provide an efficient and accurate day-to-day administrative service to a portfolio of clients, in support of a team of financial advisers.    

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • To provide timely and accurate service to both clients and wealth advisers. ·         
  • Administration of a portfolio of clients for pensions, investments and protection ·         
  • Build relationships with clients and providers/insurers. ·         
  • Ability to work within high compliance standards ·         
  • To ensure that agreed service standards with clients are met. ·         
  • Updating and maintenance of database system records and files. ·         
  • Dealing with all aspects of queries from clients ·         
  • Prioritisation of day-to-day work with the minimum of supervision. ·         
  • Obtaining valuations/policy particulars for the advisers. ·         
  • Any other administrative tasks as requested from time to time.     
Qualifications and Experience   ·         
  • At least 4 years’ experience of the administration of client portfolios ·         
  • Ideally has an understanding of or experience in the financial advice industry. ·         
  • Holds or is willing to undertake relevant professional qualifications ·         
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel and Word
