A 21-year old man has been flown to Southampton General Hospital after he was seriously injured in a car crash at the weekend.
The black Ford Fiesta he was travelling in crashed into the rock face of the first sharp bend on La Pulente hill as it travelled from the five-mile road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The 18-year-old driver, and two 19-year-old passengers who were also in the car, suffered minor injuries. No other vehicles are reported to have been involved in the incident.
Jersey Police, Fire service and paramedics were called out at around 03:40 on Sunday morning. The 21-year-old passenger is currently receiving treatment at Southampton General Hospital after he was left in a "serious" condition.
La Pulente Hill is closed following an RTC, please avoid the area. Access as far as Clos de L'Atlantique from La Moye. Access to Le Pulente Inn from Five Mile Road.

Jersey Police would like to speak to anyone with information on the car leading up to the crash and its occupants.
