A 27-year-old man accused of attacking a woman in a hotel is to face a trial in the Royal Court later this year.
Ian Stuart Francis Richomme denies committing a grave and criminal assault on a woman at a hotel in St. Saviour in January 2022.
He also denied being drunk and disorderly in Belmont Road on 24 March 2022.
Mr Richomme appeared in the Royal Court on Friday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
A trial, expected to last three days, will begin on 15 November.
Mr Richomme was remanded on conditional bail until 2 August, when a pre-trial hearing will take place.
