A 55-year-old man accused of possessing cannabis with intent to supply is facing a trial next year.
Stewart Duncan McGrogan entered not guilty pleas in the Royal Court on Friday to possessing cannabis resin with intent to supply at a property in St. Clement on 26 March 2021 and possessing the Class B drug on the same occasion.
Mr McGrogan was bailed until 29 November, when a pre-trial hearing will take place.
A trial is scheduled to begin on 12 January next year.
