Jersey Police are hunting those responsible for painting nearly 70 swastikas on the German bunkers at Noirmont.
They believe the extensive graffiti was done over the weekend, some time between 18:00 on Friday, and 08:00 on Sunday morning.

The Nazi symbol is occasionally used in local vandalism, most recently during the election campaign when it was painted on a banner promoting Senatorial candidate, Kristina Moore - but it's usually done in small numbers, not in groups of 68.
It comes little under a year after 40 swastikas were painted on the Noirmont strongpoint, one of the Channel Islands Occupation Society's showpieces, which includes numerous bunkers including a distinctive command tower.
Pictured: 68 swastikas were painted in total.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 612612 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
