To register with the app, users need to be a tenant of Andium Homes and the registration process requires their rent account number and email address which should also be on the housing provider’s file.
Commenting on the launch of the app, Head of IT at Andium Homes Ian Crocker said that the app is part of Andium’s new IT Strategy and that it “will provide our clients with another way of interacting with us.”
He added that: “This summer, the same services will also be available via our website for those clients that do not have smart phone or tablet devices but want to access our services online.”
