Police are appealing for information after a woman walking down Hill Street was allegedly pushed into the road by a 13-year-old boy, narrowly missing being hit by a vehicle.
The female was walking along the pavement in the direction of Pier Road on Tuesday evening.
While she was passing a group of young people walking in the same direction, one of them, a young male, pushed the woman into the road.
This happened between Chambers and the junction with Halkett Place.
Nobody was injured and although the woman didn’t fall over, she stumbled into the road narrowly missing the passing traffic.
