Green-fingered tenants who’ve been sprucing up their outside space could be in with a chance of winning a gardening competition.
There are prizes up for grabs for the best use of space and best family contribution in the competition launched by Andium Homes and you can even showcase your spuds and other crops in their summer salad category.
Neighours, family and friends can all nominate their favourite and landlord Andium Homes will also be weeding out the best gardens, balconies and patios when they are out and about visiting housing estates this month.
Andium Homes’ Louise Baudains said: “We know that many of our clients are keen gardeners not only entering our own Garden Competition but also winning the Parish competitions such as St Helier in Bloom.
“The competition promotes and recognises the hard work and effort that our clients put into keeping their gardens to such a high standard. This is also something that ties into our corporate values and encourages residents to get involved in their community and have pride in the areas in which they live.”
Entries and nominations have to be in by the end of the month. You can download an entry form here and you can vote for your overall favourite here.
Judging gets underway in July and the winners of each category will be presented with their prizes at an Awards Ceremony later in the year.
