Monday 18 July 2016

Jersey’s Bailiff William Bailhache has called for a minute’s silence at 1100 AM today in recognition of the victims of the Nice terrorist outrage last week.

The Bailiff’s office today said: “The Bailiff has asked that a minute’s silence be observed today at 11am in line with the UK as a mark of respect for those affected by the Nice terror attack last week. States and public departments have been notified and other organisations may follow suit.”
