Beauty salon falls victim to "malicious damage"

Police are appealing for witnesses after a beauty salon had its window smashed overnight.

The damage to the Hilgrove Street premises, which is located behind Boots, is believed to have occurred between 17:00 on Tuesday and 09:30 this morning.

Police reported that the window pane on the salon’s door was “shattered” during the incident, which they are describing as “malicious.”
