Friday 20 March 2015

A dead body was found in St Ouen’s Bay this morning.

Police are not revealing many details at the moment, but they have confirmed that the body was found at 9.45 am.

They are appealing for information from the public and issued a brief appeal - but they say that the death is not being treated as suspicious.

They said: “Officers are on the scene and an investigation is underway.

“If anyone has any information which could help this investigation please contact the Force on 612612.”

It is understood that the body was found in the area of the bay that sits within the St Peter’s boundaries, which covers the middle part of the bay around the Watersplash.
