Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash that saw a black hatchback hit another car 'at speed' before driving off.
The accident happened around yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 14 April) on Mont Fallu.
Describing the sequence of events, officers said: "...A gold Nissan Micra driven by a 55-year-old man was travelling down Mont Fallu (towards St Peter’s Valley) when it was struck by a small black hatchback travelling in the opposite direction, reportedly at speed.
"The black hatchback, believed to be a Ford Fiesta driven by a man, failed to stop at the scene and is yet to be located."
