Police have identified the man who died in a car crash on La Pulente Hill this weekend.
He has been named as 50-year-old Adrian Fowler, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Sunday morning.
A police spokesperson said that Mr Fowler’s family "are being supported by specially trained officers and the investigation into the collision continues.”
All three emergency services dealt with the incident on La Pulente hill at 08:45 on Sunday morning, after receiving reports of a single-vehicle road accident involving a Silver Peugeot 307.

Mr Fowler had been travelling south along the Five Mile Road, before heading up the hill. He was confirmed to have died at the scene. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.
The road remained closed to traffic for much of the day while Police, Fire and Ambulance officials investigated what happened.
Police reported that the road had been re-opened shortly after 15:00.
Police now want to know more about what happened. They are appealing for witnesses, urging them to call 612612 with any information or to make an anonymous report via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
