The association responsible for promoting, supporting, training, distributing grants to and providing an independent voice for nearly 300 charities is looking to appoint its first ever Chief Executive Officer.
The Association of Jersey Charities (AJC) is seeking someone to work 22 hours per week, reporting to the Committee through the Chair, whose responsibilities would include:
day to day management and leadership of AJC in line with the approved annual business plan and budget,

acting as a spokesperson for the AJC, among other responsibilities.
As well as being passionate about the charitable sector, the individual should also have local housing qualifications and be educated to degree-standard.
Expressions of interest should be sent in confidence to AJC Chair Kevin Keen by Friday 28 April via email.
