A group of men from Liverpool have pleaded guilty to supplying cocaine in Jersey.

David John Morgan (42), David John Saunders (43) and Stephen Graham Ferguson (40) appeared in the Royal Court on Friday.

All three men pleaded guilty to supplying cocaine on the island between 30 September 2019 and 9 August 2020.

Additionally, the three men all pleaded guilty to entering into a scheme involving the handling of criminal property.

Ferguson - who was represented by Advocate Julia-Anne Dix - also pleaded guilty to one count of possessing cannabis on 6 March 2020, one count of possessing cannabis on 8 August 2020, and one count of possessing cocaine on 8 August 2020.

Morgan - who was represented by Advocate Francesca Pinel - pleaded guilty to one count of importing cannabis at Jersey Airport on 8 August 2020.

Saunders - who was represented by Advocate Ian Jones - pleaded guilty to one count of importing diazepam at Jersey Airport on 5 March 2020.

All three men are remanded in custody, and will appear again in the Royal Court on 15 October to set a sentencing date and for Morgan to confirm his basis of plea.

Commissioner Sir Michael Birt oversaw the case, sitting with Jurats Rozanne Thomas and David Gareth Hughes.
