A man has been released on bail after he allegedly assaulted another man, Jersey’s Magistrate’s Court has heard.
25-year-old Harry Michael Woolley is charged with grave and criminal assault and will be released on bail until his court hearing on 26 September.
Given the nature of the alleged assault, Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris decided that the case should be committed to the Royal Court.
Mr Woolley is remanded on bail with various conditions to ensure that he does not leave the island or interfere with any witnesses in this case.
