If you've spotted a car driving around without a rear light, you might be able to help the Police track down the 'hit and run' culprit that caused "significant damage" to a Mercedes-Benz.
Police said the silver car was hit by another vehicle while it was parked in Gorey Village outside The Kitchen on Sunday between 13:30 and 15:15.
The driver of the offending vehicle then failed to stop and report the collision, and simply drove off.
While the perpetrator didn't leave any details, they did leave one clue behind - "a rear light lens that was found at the scene."
Police are now looking to identify the type of vehicle it came from, and are seeking the public's help.
They're also calling for those who witnessed what happened or who have more information to get in touch by making a report to 612612 or anonymously via the Crimestoppers website.
