Two of three people who were charged in connection with the seizure of over £200,000 of cannabis in early September will appear in Royal Court later this year after the Magistrate's Court said the case was too serious for them to deal with.
53-year-old Daryl James Davies and 65-year-old Ralph Loyd Simon are both facing charges of possession and possession with intent to supply cannabis.
The two men are respectively defended by Advocates James Bell and David Steenson. They have been remanded in custody by Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu until their appearance in the Royal Court.
The court will decide whether to commit 48-year-old, Joanne Marie Jones to the Royal Court on 31 October. She was charged at the time as Mr Davies and Mr Simon for the same type of offences and has also been remanded in custody.
