Tim Woertman has been charged with attempting to meet a female child aged 14 years.
The Dutchman, aged 25, of no fixed address, appeared at the Magistrate's Court yesterday and was remanded in custody for two weeks. The offence is alleged to have occurred between June 7 and June 23 this year.
