Jersey's Driver and Vehicle Standards are investigating a potential defect in a car that flipped onto its roof as it crashed at L’Etacq yesterday
The silver VW Golf’s 20-year-old driver fortunately escaped from the collision at Mont du Vallette around 17:04 with just a “minor leg injury” that did not require hospital or ambulance treatment.
Police and the Fire and Rescue Service were both called to assist.
Police told Express that the car was towed away and is now being examined by Driver and Vehicle Standards “due to a possible defect.”
