Police are appealing for information after a spaniel believed to be the victim of a hit-and-run road accident was left with “multiple injuries.”
The chocolate-coloured dog went missing last night around 19:30 from its home area of La Rue es Philippes, near St. Saviour’s Hospital.
Around 07:20 the next morning, Police said it was sadly found by the former Jersey Pottery site on La Rue Horman in Grouville, “badly injured.”
They said its “multiple injuries” were the likely result of being hit by a car overnight.

Anyone who witnessed the dog being harmed or has more information on what happened is urged to call 612612 or to make an anonymous report via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or by filling in their online form.
