The States have sold off almost £6 million worth of property in the last three years.
Figures released under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law show that 87 properties were sold by the Property Holdings department between 2012 and 2014.
The stats show that the value of the sales is going up – the States flogged off £413,250 worth of real estate in 2012, followed by £2.3 million in 2013 and £3m last year.
