Legal Advisor Lauren Hallam appeared for the prosecution.
The case was heard by Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris who decided that “this matter is too serious” to be dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court and the case will therefore be sent to the Royal Court on 30 January.
No bail applications were made and so all four of the accused have been remanded in custody until their next Court appearance on 2 January.
