A man arrested yesterday over historic abuse allegations in the late 1970s and early 1980s will appear in the Magistrate’s Court this morning.
Christopher Roy Bacon (73) will be charged with three counts of indecent assault.
Police have confirmed that Mr Bacon is the second person arrested in connection with Operation Whistle – a new police investigation into historical abuse.
