The Jersey Boat show was held across all three days of this bank holiday weekend at the St Helier Marina and Weighbridge.

As the largest free-entry public event in the Channel Islands, the show regularly attracts more than 30,000 people.

One of the highlights of this year’s event was the world’s largest ocean-going wooden sailing ship – Götheborg of Sweden sailing ship – which visited Jersey for the first time.

Attendees were treated to a display of amazing yachts and watercraft in the marina, alongside a range of stalls showcasing the latest maritime gadgets and lifestyle products and services. Some guests even got out on the water with trips organised by Le Mourier and Jersey Duchess.

A new entertainment village was located at Weighbridge Place this year, with local music talent on the Solent Stevedores Main Stage and a selection of activities in the Kids’ Zone. There was also a wide choice of food and drink options on offer, with a new catering village on New North Quay.

The Royal Navy also brought several vessels to the Boat Show, as well as a variety of stalls to educate and entertain, including the Royal Navy Mobile Outreach Vehicle and Royal Marine Commando Recruit Troop with their Weapons Dome and the Beaverfit gym.
