A 21-year-old man has been charged with eight counts of malicious damage after multiple Havre des Pas homes were attacked in a spate of graffiti.
The damage happened late at night between Saturday 25 April and Sunday 26 April.
As well as islanders' houses, several garages were also daubed with bright pink graffiti.
The markings contained a distinctive 'tag' resembling the word 'ezer', while some of the graffiti appeared to say 'Booo'.

Police asked islanders for their help in identifying the 'tags', as well as appealing for CCTV footage.
Following analysis of CCTV evidence, Conor Robert Hughes was arrested yesterday.
Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the alleged offence.
