Les Quennevais Sports Centre has had to close its studio and sports hall after a roof leak let water into both areas.
It comes following a period of torrential rain over the past few days.
Fitness classes are now being moved into other areas at Les Quennevais, while school bookings have been cancelled for Monday and Tuesday next week.
A spokesperson commented: "It won’t be known when the centre can reopen these areas until early next week.
"The centre would like to apologise for the inconvenience and reassure islanders that work is underway to fix the problem as quickly as possible."
