Andrea Firby, Head of Beaulieu School, congratulated the students on “their outstanding results.”

“Our results this summer are excellent and build on the on-going academic success we have enjoyed in recent years,” she added. “We are very proud of both the students and staff; their achievements are testament to the hard work of all our students and the inspiring teaching and dedication of our staff.

Nearly all Year 13 students at Victoria College have secured a place at their preferred universities or the jobs they wanted to launch their careers. Senior staff and the Careers and Sixth form team have been in school since early this morning to support and advise them as they make important decisions about their future.

“The results being collected today mean that our boys can move on to degree courses of their choice in a range of universities across the UK or start work in Jersey in a range of excellent and exciting roles,” Headmaster Alun Watkins said. “Whatever path they choose, it is an extremely exciting juncture in their lives, and we wish them the very best of luck.”

At JCG, where A* and A grades have increased by 13% over the last your years, Principal Carl Howarth wished “every success and happiness” to the students as they venture into the next chapter of their lives while congratulating them on their "excellent" exam results.

“Effort, perseverance and ambition combined with the great support and care of their teachers and parents, have enabled our students to excel not just academically but far more importantly as thoughtful, accomplished, courageous and kind human beings,” he added.
