A 21 year-old man charged with two offences of malicious damage and one offence of affray in connection with an incident at the Lewis Street homeless shelter on 24 July, re-appeared in the Magistrates Court this morning.

Thomas Robert Kergozou De La Boessiere, of no fixed address, has also been charged with breaching a community service order.
