Ferry passengers are in for a long trip and delays while Condor sorts out more technical problems with its £50M ferry.
Sailings on the Liberation have been cancelled again because of engine problems and passengers who were booked on it will have to go on slower sailings if they want to get away or back to the Island today.
People travelling to and from Guernsey or Poole have been offered tickets on board either the Commodore Clipper or the Condor Rapide while those booked on a day trip have been offered a refund or the option of booking another trip on another day.
The company has apologised to customers for the disruption to people's journeys and say engineers are working round the clock to repair the fault to the Starboard side of the engine. Passengers travelling from Guernsey were over an hour late arriving into Poole last night because of the engine problems that meant it had to sail on reduced power.
Just last week, passengers were delayed when the ferry's engine on the Port side broke down on its way to Guernsey but the problems were fixed overnight.
The company will be issuing an update at lunchtime today to let people know whether the ferry will be back in action tomorrow.
