Teens arrested after spate of LSD hospital admissions

Three teenagers have been arrested after several young people fell seriously ill from taking LSD.

Drug Squad officers searched three separate addresses in St. Clement on Tuesday and seized a number of electronic devices, which will require further examination, as well as approximately £500 in cash.

Three males aged between 17 and 18 were arrested at their home addresses based on information received by Police Officers.

The arrests were made in connection with drug offences after the males made certain admissions to drug importation of Class A drugs, namely LSD.  

All three have been released on bail while the police continue their enquiries.
