A man has admitted indecently assaulting a teenage girl, the Royal Court has heard.
David Paul Gascoyne (51) was charged with one count of sexual assault against a teenage girl – an offence which he admitted in the Royal Court yesterday.
Gascoyne was represented by Advocate Sarah Dale who indicated his ‘guilty’ plea to the charge.

The Solicitor General Mark Temple appeared for the prosecution. The Deputy Bailiff Tim Le Cocq was presiding, accompanied by Jurats Crill and Pitman.
Gascoyne has been remanded on bail until a further Court hearing on 21 March.
