A 37-year-old man who faces three counts of indecent assault on a child, as well as seven counts of procuring an act of gross indecency, is to face a three-day trial in the Royal Court later this year.
Paul Trevor Moore is pleading not guilty to all charges, and is being defended by Advocate Sarah Dale.
In the Royal Court on Friday, the prosecution, led by Crown Advocate Matthew Maletroit, asked for an assize trial to take place over three days starting on 28 November.
A plea and directions hearing has been scheduled in September and Mr Moore has been remanded on bail in the meantime by Commissioner Julian Clyde-Smith.
